All of our coffees are roasted-to-order using our solar-powered electric fluid bed roaster.

We ethically source only specialty-grade coffee beans, recognized as the top tier in quality. These beans undergo rigorous evaluation, scoring 80 points or higher on a 100-point scale, based on aroma, flavor, body, and acidity, ensuring a cup free of defects and full of nuanced flavors.

Optimal Degassing: Degassing is a chemical process that occurs in the days following a coffee's roast. All freshly roasted coffee needs time to complete this process before the first cup can be enjoyed. This ensures that the coffee's flavors are fully developed. Since fluid bed roasting involves the use of clean air to evenly heat and roast coffee beans, it reduces the time required for degassing to complete. For the best flavor, we recommend the following resting periods:

• Dark Roasts: At least 3 days from the roast date.

• Medium Roasts: At least 5 days from the roast date.

• Light Roasts: At least 7 days from the roast date.

Roast Schedule: Our coffees are roasted-to-order to ensure maximum freshness. We roast on Mondays and Thursdays. Please note that we do not roast on holidays. If a scheduled roast day falls on a holiday, your order will be processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Schedule: Coffees are shipped within 1-3 days of roasting; however, most coffees are shipped the business day following their scheduled roast day. Merchandise and other non-coffee products are normally shipped within 1-3 days of order.
