DIVE's Trinity.
The Name.
The name means a lot to us at DIVE, as it covers three worlds that we care a lot about and support. Picture a military diver cheersing a cup of coffee with a surfer and fisherman in a laid-back coastal dive bar as they play the ring toss game together. That's right, our name pays homage to Members of the Military (both past and present), Recreational Adventurists, and of course Dive Bars! We honor the courageous individuals who serve. We cherish all coastal outdoor adventures, from inshore fishing to big wave riding and aim to capture the community spirit found in a local Dive Bar.
The Team.
Run by a powerhouse team of military veterans, a food service professional, a mathematical logistician, and a professional engineer that love their coffee. DIVE is a blend of love, dedication, and caffeine-fueled creativity. We saw a prime collaboration opportunity to bring all of our passions together with the right amount of nerdiness, food and customer service, along with logistics. We use programs to optimize our roasting and distribution techniques, as well as high-tech color and particle analyzers to bring you the utmost consistency. We are Honest in everything we do, and care deeply about the quality of care we give on either side of the supply chain from us.
The Mission.
At DIVE Coffee, we're on a mission to provide you precision roast-to-order coffee along with a welcoming coastal vibe. Our journey is about uniting communities, supporting local causes, and empowering the "little guy". We believe everyone deserves good joe crafted with purpose from farm to cup. We're pioneering clean roasting practices by harnessing solar energy to power our propane-free air roasters. We often work directly with the crop’s farmers in efforts to provide them a better deal. We strive to know the names of the farmers that grew fruit, and not let it stop there. Two goals, support our local community through our quality products and philanthropy, and providing the producers the support they need in order to properly benefit from their hard work and quality product.
DIVE Coffee Roasters.
Coffee has always been a passion of ours. Traveling the world, immersing ourselves in different cultures, and tasting their coffee has been one of the unique privileges of serving in the military. But seeing firsthand the challenging conditions many coffee farmers endure, and realizing how little they earn from the final product despite their grueling hard work, was truly eye-opening.
That experience ignited a deeper appreciation for the people behind the coffee—the farmers, pickers, and processors who dedicate their lives to this craft. It also opened our eyes to the challenges they face, from unfair wages to tough living conditions. We knew we wanted to make a difference.
When we started DIVE Coffee Roasters, our mission became clear: to not only deliver exceptional coffee but to also support the communities and individuals who make it possible. By sourcing high-quality beans and paying fair prices, we aim to honor their hard work while sharing their incredible stories with our customers.
Coffee is more than just a drink to us; it’s a bridge to connect cultures, build community, and give back to the people and places that inspire our journey. Every cup is a reflection of that purpose, and we’re thrilled to share it with you.
