Ordering, Shipping, & Subscriptions

We offer free local shipping to Howard County, MD, $5 flat rate shipping to the continental United States, and free shipping over $50.
All our coffee is roasted to order—meaning we don't roast it until you've placed an order. Our roast days are Mondays and Thursdays. Orders are typically mailed the next business day. All DIVE coffees include a roast date, so you know your coffee is at peak freshness when you receive it. The roast date is located on the back of the bag at the bottom right of the label.
Absolutely! We offer recurring subscriptions, so you always have a fresh bag of DIVE coffee to enjoy. There are different subscription types, from the "Coffee of the Month" subscription to a recurring delivery of your favorite coffee. Right now, only Scuba, Regulator, and Polar Plunge are available for recurring delivery service. Subscriptions are available on a monthly or bi-weekly schedule.
A Coffee of the Month subscription is a great option for coffee lovers who like to experience a variety of specialty coffees. Subscribers have the option to choose based upon their taste profile preference (classic or modern) or experience classic and modern taste profiles with the roaster's choice option. Each month, a coffee is curated for the subscriber based upon their preferences. Coffee of the Month subscriptions are available on a bi-weekly or monthly basis. The subscription is $24 per shipment, which includes the cost of shipping!
Returns & Exchanges
At DIVE Coffee Roasters, we want every customer to have a positive experience. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll do our best to make it right.
Coffee & Perishable Goods
Due to the perishable nature of our roasted coffee, we do not accept returns on coffee products.
If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or if you have a quality concern, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@DIVECoffeeRoasters.com or (443) 300-7272. We will gladly offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.
Merchandise & Equipment
Non-perishable items (such as merchandise or brewing equipment) may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item was received in error or damaged.Email info@DIVECoffeeRoasters.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for your return or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (less shipping costs unless the return was due to our error).

At DIVE we strive to keep sustainability at the forefront of our operations. Our roaster is electric, which helps us reduce our carbon footprint. Additionally, we power out electric roaster and coffee van with a renewable energy source - solar power. We also use only recyclable or compostable packaging, and source beans with care for people and planet.

We offer catering services with and without our coffee van. We also offer white labeling for party favors, corporate events, and wholesale.
