Coffee has always been a passion of ours. Traveling the world, immersing ourselves in different cultures, and tasting their coffee has been one of the unique privileges of serving in the military. But seeing firsthand the challenging conditions many coffee farmers endure, and realizing how little they earn from the final product despite their grueling hard work, was truly eye-opening.

That experience ignited a deeper appreciation for the people behind the coffee—the farmers, pickers, and processors who dedicate their lives to this craft. It also opened our eyes to the challenges they face, from unfair wages to tough living conditions. We knew we wanted to make a difference.

When we started DIVE Coffee Roasters, our mission became clear: to not only deliver exceptional coffee but to also support the communities and individuals who make it possible. By sourcing high-quality beans and paying fair prices, we aim to honor their hard work while sharing their incredible stories with our customers.
